Returns

  • We accept returns of all full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • All sales of full price merchandise are final after 30 days of purchase.
  • Proper try-on with underwear is required.
  • All items that are returned for a refund must be unworn.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we ask that you return the item that didn't work for you for a refund and separately purchase the substitute item you would like instead from our website. We are working on an easier way to process returns and exchanges but, for now, we process all exchanges as returns.

However, if you are located within the US, we are happy to send you a free shipping code for your exchange purchase.

Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. You are welcome to reuse the shipping envelopes to send them back if they are still in good shape!


What to Do

Please fill out our Returns/Exchanges Form and include it with your order when returning. If you don't have access to a printer, be sure to add the invoice with your return so we know who you are, your order number and what you are returning.

Your return will be processed within 14 days of being received. You will be refunded the full amount of the item plus any applicable sales tax minus shipping costs. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed. It may take a few days for your account to receive the funds. This may take a little bit longer because of COVID-19. We are quarantining each package for a week before handling.

We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
